Well. We have finally dried out!
The floods in March got to us and sadly my studio got hit! The courtyard went completely under and there was water up to my shins in the bottom two levels of the studio. The good news is, my lovely friends came to the rescue and helped me to get everything out and nothing was damaged. Since then I have been back in there working on commissions while trying to get things back to normal. I suppose I needed a tidy up anyway! 🤣 I can hear you all agreeing! …but how will I ever find things ever again?

Drawing and Painting
Suitable for students of all levels. I will be doing drawing & painting demos throughout the weekend plus some mixed media demos.
Materials are not included. Lots of drawing in charcoal and ink. Painting can be done in oils or acrylic but I usually demo in oils.
Subjects will include some still life plus animals /birds and people portraits from your images and mine. Don’t worry if you are a beginner…you are coming to learn and can go at your own pace and if you prefer it you can stick to the drawing.
A materials list will be sent out to you once you have booked into the workshop.
Cost of the 2-day workshop is $200. This includes morning and afternoon tea. BYO lunch. Accommodation available at $60 per night per person.

There will be something happening on Saturday evening, usually a bbq depending on the weather. More info to follow.

For your info… the cost of the workshops will increase from the 1st of July. I haven’t increased them since day one and so as prices of everything else have gone up I am sorry but I will be increasing my rates also. So as of the 1st July 2021 Workshops will go up to $120 for a day workshop and $240 for 2 days. Accommodation will increase by $10 per night to $70 per person.
